General Questions:
Can you start by introducing yourself?
My name is Paul, I am 25 years old.

What's the story behind the alias(es)? - Why did you pick the Hussar one you did?
1. Meccy - Nickname given to me way back in primary school, and has just followed me around.
2. Captain scarlett - His real name in the show is Paul.
3. Cap'n Pugwash - Dunno why, just because I'd not seen one on the BF servers at the time.
4. Capt. Rum - 'cause I likes a drink I do!

When did you first start playing multi-player games and what were they?
Started playing on line games only 7-8 months ago, when I got broadband. I play Battlefield 1942, Medal of honour:AA(not spearhead, buggers up my computer), IL-2 Stumovik and Grand Prix Legends. MOHAA was my first on line gaming experiance.

Do you have a family and if so what do they think of you playing online games?
Stephanie(girlfriend) views my on-line gaming as 'Boys with toys' and my parents still the view the computer as the devils work!

What other hobbies do you have outside gaming?
Is getting drunk a hobby? Suppose you could call going to Maine Road to watch MCFC a hobby, can't really play contact sports anymore after I fractured my neck at work in 1999.

What do you like about where you live?
Where I live is a an old building converted into apartments, it used to be a brewery('nuff said : ) )

What is (are) your favourite colours? If you play IL-2 would you use them as your skin colour?
Fave colours are blue and black, I would make a skin out of them for IL-2, but I have not got Paint shop pro or whatever, yet.

What do you do for a living?
I currently work for Manchester City Council as a domestic heating engineer, but I wish I didn't.

Battlefield 1942 Questions:
How did you first start playing BF?
I bought the game.

What do you consider the best things about BF?
I installed it and loved it, from the opening movie to the team work it requires.

Conversely, which things do you hate?
You don't see much team work on publics especially EAUK ones, which is what I hate about the game, as well as main base camping.

What are your favourite maps?
My favourite BF1942 maps are Operation Market Garden, Guadalcanal and Battle of the Bulge.

Least favourite maps?
My least favourite maps are Midway, Gazala and Anzio.

What enhancements would you like to see?
I'd like to see more British troops and equipment in further expansion packs..

The Hussars Questions:
How did you find the Hussars or how did they find you?
I found the Hussars on the forums of Battlefield1942.co.uk, saw they were recruiting, dropped them a line and they said yes (fools).

How does playing with the Hussars compare to other games/matches?
Playing with the Hussars is a lot fun, but I can't compare it to other matches as I've only played in matches as an Hussar.

What changes (if any) would you like the Hussars as a clan to consider?
I don't think the Hussars need to make changes, we are all playing games together and having a laugh, which is what we have set out to do in the first place.

Computer Questions:
What other PC talents (if any) do you have?
don't really have any Pc talents, but I did manage to botch my machine together.

What sort of system do you have at the moment?
Win XP Home, Athlon 2200+ XP, Asus n7n8x Deluxe motherboard, 1Gb DDR266 memory, Creative GeForce 4 Ti4600 128Mb DVD drive, CDRW drive, 120Gb HDD and a 1Mbs ntl: cable connection

What would your dream system be?
Not much point of putting my dream system down, as with the way the PC industry works it will probably be different next week.

Any PC games you are really looking forwards to?
And if I put down what games I'm looking forward to, they will probably be postponed or cancelled.
